Road Closure will be in place for the N40 Slip Road onto N28 (junction 9) when approaching from an Easterly direction between 0000hrs and 0300hrs. This is to accommodate moving of the traffic management barriers to allow further M28 works to progress along this section of the road. Diversion Route via the Kinsale Road Roundabout and Bloomfield interchange will be in place at this time. (BAM)
