Water Outage Issue, Farranree, Cork City, Traffic Disruptions

Water Alert, Jan. 29th 2026
Uisce Eireann is reporting a water disruption in the Farranree, Cork City area. Details at https://mapalerter.ie/r?ref=X291G. Includes traffic issues.


Leak detection works may cause supply disruptions to Cushing Place, Farranree and surrounding areas in Cork City.

Works are scheduled to take place from 10am until 2pm on 3 February.

A traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of these works.

We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return.
