Login to Close Your Account
You can easily unsubscribe from alerts or close your Cork City Alerts account after you have logged in to the website. After you have logged in, simply follow the "Close Account" option.
Getting a "You are already registered" message on signup?
Integration with other Council alert services
Cork City Alerts uses the same service provider as Cork County Council's alert system. Both of the Cork local authority alert services are powered by a service called MapAlerter and they both use the same login system. This means that if you are trying to sign up and you get a message saying your mobile/email is already in use, then it may be the case that you have already signed up for MapAlerter.ie or County Cork Alerts in the past (e.g., before the 2019 city expansion). You can login on either of those sites to manage your account (including setting alert locations for Cork City).
